“Fondation du Trophée de l’Africanité” awarded Wednesday, December 16, 2020, the Certificate of Honor to Sidi Shaykh Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari. “This certificate is proudly awarded by the “Fondation du Trophée de l’Africanité”, to Sidi Shaykh Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari, during the 1st Africanity Summit under the auspices of the United Nations for all the projects that the Karkariya Association undertook in Africa,” said the President of the Fondation du Trophée de l’Africanité, Nasrellah Belkhayat. This consecration took place on the occasion of the 1st edition of the Africanity Summit, which opened took place between the 14th and the 17th of December, 2020, in Marrakech, and which discussions revolved around the theme “Financial Autonomy of African Women: Symbol of Peace and Fraternity”.
Interviewed, Nasrallah Belkhayate, President of “Fondation du Trophée de l’Africanité” gave in three points the motivations and objectives of this international summit. He explained that its first goal is to improve the economic and financial conditions of African women, and generally speaking, of all women worldwide. The participants, political and economic leaders, shared their experiences and discussed many topics related to the growth of the African economy, the development of new leadership, access to technology and the establishment of peace in Africa. Organized in partnership with the Algerian organization Council Empowerment Ladies International (CELI), this 1st edition of the Africanity Summit was held under the auspices of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations, through videoconferencing via ZOOM.
And it is within the framework of its concerns and objectives that the actions, aimed at improving the living conditions of women and children, in terms of daily needs, education, wells, etc., carried out by the Zawiyah Karkariya in several African countries have been rewarded through the Certificate of Honor awarded to Sidi Shaykh Mohamed Faouzi Al Karkari. This consecration and recognition perfectly echoes the type of education and values that the Shaykh of the Zawiyah Karkariya inculcates in his disciples around the world for a spiritual path that elevates the soul and deeds of the human being regardless of race, origin or social condition.
